Is the game available on PC or Windows?

Not yet. The game is currently only available on Android. We are working on making it available on the Apple App Store soon.

What are "Tasks and Rewards"?

These are in-game activities like daily missions or milestone achievements. Completing them helps you earn Coins, Gems, and other special rewards.

What game formats are available?

You can play in both 2-player and 4-player formats.

Can I play with my friends?

Yes. You can invite your Facebook friends for 1-on-1 matches.

What are Coins and what are they used for?

Coins are a virtual currency that are used to join games. All players coins together make up the total prize pool. If you win, you receive the entire prize pool in Coins. You can earn Coins by winning games, purchasing them from the in-app store or watching ads. The more coins you have, the more games you can play.

Do Coins expire?

No. Coins never expire.

What are Gems used for?

Gems allow you to re-roll a dice. You must have enough Gems available to use this feature.

Can I withdraw or cash out my Coins or Gems?

No. Coins and Gems have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. However, they can be used to purchase exciting in-game assets.

Can I communicate with other players during a game?

Yes! You can use the in-game chat to interact with other players in real time while playing.

In-App Purchases
How do I purchase Gems and Coins?

You can buy them directly from the in-app Store using payment methods supported by the Play Store.

I'm unable to purchase gems and coins. What should I do?

If you are unable to complete your purchase, please check the following: Payment method: Ensure that your selected method is valid and has sufficient funds. App version: Make sure you are using the latest app version. In app billing issue: Try refreshing the app, and clear cookies and cache. Receipt/order history: If the payment was deducted but you didn't receive the items, check your order/purchase history in the store. Still facing an issue? Contact us with a screen recording of the problem for further assistance.

My preferred payment method isn't available. Why?

We rely on the Play Store's supported payment methods. If a method isn't listed, it means that the Play Store doesn't support it.

I purchased an item but didn't receive it. What should I do?

Please check the following: Check your email for the payment receipt from Play Store. You can also confirm the transaction at: Play Store > Account > Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History. Take screenshots of the proof and contact Play Store Support for resolution.

How can I view my purchase history?

Check your email receipts or view your transaction history via: Play Store > Account > Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History

Can I purchase Coins or Gems from outside the app?

No. Purchases are allowed only through the official in-app Store.

What are Gems and how can I get them?

Gems let you re-roll the dice, giving you another chance to get the number you want. You can add more Gems by purchasing them from the in-app store. More features using Gems are coming soon. Stay tuned!

Can I transfer Coins or Gems to another account?

No. Transfers are not allowed and considered cheating. We actively monitor for such activity and take strict action.

I spent my Coins or Gems by mistake. Can I get them back?

No. Refunds for accidental spending are not possible.

Can I access personal information of other players?

Absolutely not. Sharing any user's personal information is against our Privacy Policy and company guidelines.

Do I need to register to play?

No. You can play as a guest. However, registration unlocks the full feature set.

How can I get further assistance?

You can report an issue directly through the app by going to Game Table → Game Settings → Need Help.

Can I play Ludo with my friends and use features like chatting and voice conversations during the game?

Yes! Junglee Ludo is built for social gaming. You can invite your friends and enjoy real-time interactions though in-game chat and voice conversations, making every match fun and engaging.

Do my chats get saved? Can I access my past chats?

No. Game chat is only available during the match. Once the game ends, all chat messages are automatically deleted and cannot be retrieved. This is to protect player privacy and maintain a safe gaming environment.
