Terms of Service

This document contains the Terms of Service governing your access to and use of the Jungleeludo.com website and mobile app operated by Junglee Games India Private Limited as well as all the services and products offered by Jungleeludo.com (hereinafter referred to as “Junglee Ludo”) and its affiliates and partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Services,” “Junglee Ludo Services” or “our Services”).

By using any part of Junglee Ludo Services, including without limitation accessing the Junglee Ludo website (Website), accessing the Junglee Ludo mobile app (Mobile App) and playing Junglee Ludo games, you explicitly agree to all of the following Terms of Service:

License

Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Junglee Ludo grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license to use any necessary software to use Junglee Ludo Services on any single computer or electronic device at any given time, provided that you do not copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, decompile, reverse-assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, or sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the Services and do not allow any third party to do so. You agree not to modify the Services in any manner or form and not to use any modified software or modified services to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

Security of Your Account

Credentials: Once you have been allocated a unique username selected by you and your mobile number has been registered for receiving OTPs and other security codes ("Credentials"), it is your responsibility to keep your mobile phone protected and the Credentials secure and confidential. This applies to your social media networking credentials if you access the Services from a social media network like, but not limited to, Facebook. If you believe that your Credentials and/or device are no longer protected and confidential, you must immediately notify Junglee Ludo by sending an email at [email protected]. All user information collected by Junglee Ludo is subject to our Privacy Policy.

No Transfer: Your account with Junglee Ludo is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall you permit any other person or third party, including, without limitation, your family and friends, to participate in our tournaments, games or contests or access the Services using your Junglee Ludo account. In no event shall you allow any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to use or re-use your account or your Credentials in a way that may breach the laws in the jurisdiction where you are located and/or are a resident, or where such other person is located and/or is a resident. Any person found to have violated any part of these Terms of Service will not be entitled to any prizes or winnings and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Your Account Is Your Responsibility:You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all use of the Services made with your Credentials and that you shall not disclose your account Credentials to any other person whosoever. Any unauthorized use of your Credentials will be your responsibility and be deemed as used by you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junglee Ludo, along with its affiliates, managers, agents and directors, for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees and expenses) arising from such use. Junglee Ludo cannot be held responsible if the safety or protection of your device is compromised, as ensuring full safety and proper functioning of your device is solely your responsibility.

Access through Social Media Networks:

The Services can also be accessed through accounts with various social media networks. The Services are only available to people who are registered members of the social media networks through which they access Junglee Ludo and are in compliance with the policies or terms of use/terms of service of those social media networks. While creating your account with a social media network through which you will access the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, updated, and complete. Users who have more than one account with a social media network may not access the Services using multiple accounts. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or Junglee Ludo has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, Junglee Ludo has the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and/or prevent you from using the Services and refuse you any current or future use of the Services or any portion thereof.

Account and Rewards

All Junglee Ludo Users/account holders may be provided with virtual currency that has no real or monetary value (Virtual Currency) to play games and/or enter tournaments that offer virtual chips as prizes. You agree that:

  • Virtual Currency is for entertainment purposes only and it is not redeemable or transferable. It cannot be redeemed for any real money whatsoever and cannot be used for any purpose other than as specified in this section.
  • Virtual Currency is not redeemable for any amount of real-world currency or anything that has monetary value.
  • Virtual Currency may be provided upon registration, like a bonus or daily lottery, as a free daily reload, and as in-game rewards or rewards in special promotions.
  • You agree that the grant of any Virtual Currency offered in a special offer or promotion or as an award is dependent upon the successful completion of the said offer or promotion, as defined by Junglee Ludo or its affiliates providing the offer or promotion.
  • You agree that all purchases of Virtual Currency on Junglee Ludo are final. No refunds under any circumstances will be made for any Virtual Currency purchases. You agree that all your Virtual Currency will be forfeited if your account is terminated for any reason, in Junglee Ludo’s sole and absolute discretion, or if Junglee Ludo suddenly discontinues providing the Services and/or alters the Services. Furthermore, you agree that Junglee Ludo will have no liability to you based on Junglee Ludo’s exercise of these rights.
  • You agree that the account balance in chips is non-transferable between Junglee Ludo accounts. Further, any play deemed unethical by Junglee Ludo at its sole discretion (including, without limitation, team play, soft play, sale of chips/transfer of chips between players or chips dumping between accounts) may result in the applicable Users’ accounts being terminated, the balance in their Junglee Ludo accounts being confiscated and their further access to Junglee Ludo being suspended permanently with no obligation whatsoever to the applicable Users.

Contests: The Services and all Contests, including promotions, are subject to the laws governing such Contests. Such laws vary from state to state. All Contests, including promotions, are and shall be considered null and void if prohibited by the law in the jurisdiction where you are a resident or where you are located at the time of using the Services.

The winners of promotions/Contests will be announced on the promotion/Contests pages. The winners of each promotion must claim their prizes within fifteen days of the end of the promotion. If the winners fail to do so, the prizes will be confiscated. You are subject to all laws of the state or province and the country in which you reside and/or from which you access Junglee Ludo Services, and you are solely responsible for obeying those laws. You agree that Junglee Ludo cannot be held liable if laws applicable to your state/province/country/place restrict or prohibit your participation.

Junglee Ludo makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, about your legal right to participate in any promotions/Contests on Junglee Ludo, and no person affiliated, or claiming affiliation, with Junglee Ludo has the authority to make any such representations or warranties. If Junglee Ludo determines that you have engaged or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity while using the Services, including, without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth above or any other game manipulation, Junglee Ludo may take any action that it sees fit, including immediately suspending or permanently terminating your account.

You are required to use the chat function only in a friendly and considerate way. Parental control protections, such as computer hardware, software or filtering services, are commercially available and may assist you in limiting access to material that is harmful to those under eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age to participate in the Contests in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Internet issues may cause server interruptions and Junglee Ludo will endeavor to limit such interruptions during a game or contest, but Junglee Ludo does not take responsibility for any such problems or any losses occurring from such problems. The responsibility for a slow internet connection disrupting gameplay lies solely with the User. Junglee Ludo cannot be held liable or responsible for any losses arising as a result of a slow internet connection at the User's end.

If Junglee Ludo, its parents, affiliates, managers, or directors determine that operating a promotion in whole or in part is not feasible for any reason, including, but not limited to, a change in the risk of operating the contests or insufficient participation in one or more of the tournaments or leaderboard contests, Junglee Ludo may cancel or modify all or any of the promotions, and Junglee Ludo shall not owe the participating Users/Users interested in participation anything except the refund of the virtual chips paid as the entry fee for the contest by such Users. If technical difficulties compromise the platform’s integrity or Junglee Ludo’s ability to continue registration or play, Junglee Ludo reserves the right to terminate the promotion/Contests.

Winners of promotions will be notified by email or inbound email to their social media network accounts. Junglee Ludo is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notifications.

The decision of Junglee Ludo management shall be final and binding in case of any disputes.

Junglee Ludo further reserves the right to ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to participate and win prizes in Contests/promotions before the payment of any winnings or prizes. Proof of eligibility includes, but is not limited to, a copy of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Junglee Ludo reserves the right to refuse to award you any prizes won by you if you fail to provide proof of eligibility. Junglee Ludo also reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any potential participants access to the Services.

Employees of Junglee Ludo, its subsidiaries, associate companies, and third-party service providers that have been employed by Junglee Ludo for the development, promotion, administration or execution of Contests, as well as their families, are not eligible to participate in any Junglee Ludo Contests.

Contest Fee: You can pay up to 100% entry fee for a game/tournament from your Virtual Currency balance.

Authority

Junglee Ludo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, modify or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice to you and without creating any obligation to you. Junglee Ludo reserves the right to change these Terms of Service periodically and to modify any or all rules of the Contests (including rules of tournaments) at any time without prior notice to you. You agree to review the Terms of Service periodically to become aware of such revisions and changes.

Multiple Accounts

You are not allowed to create or use more than one Junglee Ludo account. Users who are found to have multiple accounts or to have allowed other people to access their accounts, whether directly or via a social media network, may face account suspension or account termination and forfeiture of their accumulated chip balance. Junglee Ludo reserves the right to confiscate the whole chip balance available in such Users’ Junglee Ludo accounts. Moreover, Junglee Ludo reserves the right to confiscate, at its sole discretion, any chip balance in the account of a User who is found to have misrepresented facts and permanently terminate such User’s account.

Code of Conduct

You agree that any content that you produce, post, transmit or display on/via Junglee Ludo will not:

  • include remarks that could unfairly influence the play of any games, tournaments or Contests.
  • include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference or physical handicap.
  • contain statements that harass or attack observers, individuals, companies or products.
  • include obscene, lewd, slanderous, pornographic, abusive, violent, insulting, indecent, threatening or harassing language.
  • promote violence or violate the privacy of any party.
  • violate the intellectual property rights of any party.
  • promote or advertise other products or companies or give links to third parties.
  • promote or constitute illegal activity.

    • If a User is found in violation of any of the points listed in the Code of Conduct, the chip balance in the User’s account will be confiscated by Junglee Ludo, at its sole discretion, and the User’s account will be terminated, and their further access to Junglee Ludo will be blocked permanently with no obligation whatsoever to the said User. Any of the following prohibited actions by Users, including, without limitation, abuse of other Users, participating in team play, soft play, transfer of chips and/or sale of chips between Users or dumping of chips between accounts may result in such Users’ chip balance and/or chips being confiscated, their accounts being terminated and their further access to Junglee Ludo being suspended permanently with no obligation to such Users.

Fraudulent Behavior

If Junglee Ludo believes, at its sole discretion, that you have engaged in, or attempted to engage in, any act to cheat, use automated technology or otherwise unfairly alter your, your opponent’s or any other Users’/players’ likelihood of winning, or to otherwise commit fraud concerning the Services, you shall forfeit to Junglee Ludo the whole chip balance in your Junglee Ludo account as well as all prizes and winnings to which you may otherwise be entitled, and Junglee Ludo reserves the right to institute civil proceedings or file criminal proceedings against you and to report you to the relevant regulatory authorities.

User Content

The Services may invite you to participate in forums, polls, blogs, message boards and additional opportunities to create, display or publish content on Junglee Ludo and/or via the Services, including, but not limited to, text, photos, comments or personally identifiable information (collectively "User Content"). All User Content transmitted to or via Junglee Ludo will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Junglee Ludo in connection with the use of the Services will be the exclusive property of Junglee Ludo. You agree that unless otherwise prohibited by law, Junglee Ludo may use, sell, exploit, and disclose the ideas in any manner without restriction and without any compensation to you. You agree that you exclusively own the rights to your User Content, including the right to grant all of the rights and licenses in these Terms of Service without Junglee Ludo incurring any third-party obligations or liabilities arising out of its exercise of the rights thereto granted herein by you.

Your Responsibility

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Junglee Ludo or use any portion of the Junglee Ludo Website/Mobile App or the Services for any commercial purposes.

You agree that you shall not

  • decompile, reverse-engineer, modify or attempt to discover any Software (source code) or other products or processes accessible through the Services to generate web pages or create any products whatsoever.
  • engage in fraudulent behavior, either manually or with assistance from automatic players (bots) or external player assistance programs (EPAs) that are designed to provide an unfair advantage to players.
  • create multiple accounts with Junglee Ludo by automated means or under false identity or mislead others through your communications.
  • reveal any personal or identifiable information about any User, observer, individual or company.
  • transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, adware, cancelbots or any other malicious or invasive code or programs.
  • ask other Users for chips, Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods.
  • use chat rooms or common areas in such a way that they violate the Code of Conduct as delineated in these Terms of Service.
  • sell the Services or any part thereof, including, but not limited to, Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency, User accounts and access to them in exchange for Real Currency or items of monetary value.
  • tarnish, disparage or in any way attempt to harm Junglee Ludo or the Services.
  • attempt to mask or obscure any Contests, promotions, banners or advertisements shown on Junglee Ludo or in the Services.
  • attempt to decrypt or circumvent any security feature of the Services.

User Verification

Whenever Junglee Ludo asks you for additional verification proof or documentation, including, without limitation, a copy of your passport, driver's license or utility bill, such materials must be sent by email, mail or any other means of communication specified by Junglee Ludo.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all information presented by Junglee Ludo may be protected, in all forms and media, by one or more valid copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that all such rights are owned by Junglee Ludo or its licensors. You may not modify, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit this information, except as permitted by law. While Junglee Ludo makes reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, Junglee Ludo makes no warranties or representations about the veracity, accuracy or completeness of any information published or provided by it. Junglee Ludo does not assume any liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Services.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, and Services marks (collectively "Trademarks") displayed on Junglee Ludo and in the Services are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Junglee Ludo, its affiliates or others. Nothing contained in the Services should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on Junglee Ludo or in the Services without the written permission of Junglee Ludo or such third party that owns the Trademark displayed on Junglee Ludo or in the Services. “Junglee Ludo,” Junglee Ludo logos and all game names are Trademarks of Junglee Ludo.com and may not be used without the express written permission of Junglee Ludo.

Enforceability

YYou and Junglee Ludo agree that if any portion of Junglee Ludo Terms of Service is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of such terms of service or any remaining provisions of the Terms herein.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Junglee Ludo, its subsidiaries or its licensors be responsible for any damages, loss of profits, data or other losses that result from your use of and/or access to the Services or your inability to access/use the Services. You undertake not to hold Junglee Ludo liable for the conduct of third parties, which include the services, policies and operators of external sites and apps. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Junglee Ludo be liable or responsible for any special, incidental, direct or indirect damages whatsoever arising out of the use or misuse of the Services by you.

No Warranty

You may only use the Services or download any materials from Junglee Ludo at your own risk. All the Services are provided to you on an "as is" basis, and they do not have any kind of warranty, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability, or non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose. Regardless of the efforts to provide you with the Services of the highest quality and security, Junglee Ludo makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free. No information or advice, written or oral, obtained by you from Junglee Ludo shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms herein.

Termination of Account

You agree that Junglee Ludo, at its sole discretion, has the right to delete or deactivate your account and permanently block your email or IP address and deny you access to or use of the Services immediately and without notice if you act inconsistently with the letter and spirit of Junglee Ludo Terms of Service. Further, you agree that Junglee Ludo will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.

Governing Law

All the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service are to be interpreted strictly as per the laws of the court. Any claim, dispute or controversy arising out of Junglee Ludo Terms of Service will be resolved by the laws and jurisdiction of the civil courts of India.
