Terms of Service

All products and services, including but not limited to the website and mobile app and the games and services provided through them, (referred to collectively as "Services" hereinafter) provided to you and offered by Junglee Games India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956, with its corporate office at 6th Floor, North Tower, Smartworks, Vaishnavi Tech Park, Sy. No. 16/1 and 17/2, Bellandur Gate, Sarjapur Main Road, Ambalipura South Wing, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560103, and/or its Affiliates, subsidiaries, associates and partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as "We/we" or "Us/us", “Junglee Ludo” or "JungleeLudo.com" or "Our/our" or “Junglee Games” or JGIPL) through the website and/or mobile app (hereinafter referred to as "Website/Mobile App” or “Platform”) are subject to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms" or “Terms of Service”), wherein an “Affiliate” means any entity including without limitation, any individua corporation, company, partnership, limited liability partnership that directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries Controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Junglee Ludo. “Control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management, policies, or significant economic decisions of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, economic interest, by contract, or otherwise.

You must carefully read and agree to all the terms in these Terms of Service prior to your use of our Services. These Terms of Service constitute a legal and binding agreement between you and Junglee Ludo. "You/you" in these Terms of Service refers to "user(s)", "player(s)", as well as every visitor to our Website/Mobile App. By registering on or by otherwise accessing or using our Website/Mobile App and the Services in any manner, you (a) acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Terms of Service and consent to become a party to it, and (b) represent that you are in compliance with all requirements of these Terms of Service, (c) represent that you have full legal capacity and authority to bind yourself and comply with this Terms of Service and (d) represent that you are either the lawful owner or have the necessary authorization from such lawful owner(s) to use devices to which your user account is linked.

A separate Creator Agreement governs the onboarding, commercial terms and Creator-specific obligations of curated Creators and is incorporated by reference for users who become Creators. By accessing, registering for, or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Policies. Creators publishing AI-generated content or financial/investment-related content must comply with the additional disclosure requirements and policies specified in the Creator Agreement and any related guidelines issued by the Company from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms or any part of the Policies, you must not access or use the Services.By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms of Service, as may be amended from time to time, and that you will comply with all the requirements set forth herein. Your continued use of the Services after the first date of use of the Website/Mobile Application constitutes your acceptance of the Terms as published on the date and at the time when you access the Website/Mobile Application or the Services. If you do not accept any of the terms in our Terms of Service, please do not access or use the Services or the Website/Mobile Application. By registering on Junglee Ludo, you agree to receive notifications via SMS/RCS, unless you expressly request to be excluded from receiving such SMS/RCS from us, and follow our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Game Rules.

You may note that if any single term laid down in Junglee Ludo's Terms of Service is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, or is determined to be invalid or voidable or void for any grounds by either a judicial or quasi-judicial body in India, it will not by any means affect the enforceability and validity of any other terms in our Terms of Service.

If you do not wish to adhere to our Terms of Service or any of our future changes or modifications to our Terms, you may choose to cease the use of our Services and any and all features of our Website/Mobile App along with all the services we offer.

Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service carefully and ensure that you fully understand them before using our Services. By accessing, registering for, or using the Website/Mobile App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Website/Mobile App from time to time. Your continued use of Junglee Ludo or any of its Services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines governing their use. If you do not accept any of the terms in our Terms of Service, please do not access or use the Services or the Website/Mobile App. By using the Services, you agree to receive notifications via email, unless you expressly request to be excluded from receiving such email from us, and follow our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and game rules as specified on the Website/Mobile App.

We reserve the right to modify or amend our Terms at any time without prior notice to you by posting the modified Terms on the Website/Mobile app. Junglee Ludo may, at its sole discretion, also notify the user of any change or modification in these Terms of Service, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Junglee Ludo by way of sending an email to the user's registered email address or by sending notification to the user’s account. The user may then exercise the options provided in such email or notification to indicate non-acceptance of the modified Terms of Service, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Junglee Ludo. If such options are not exercised by the user within the time frame prescribed in the email or notification, or if the user continues to access the Website/Mobile App after being notified of the changes, the user will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Junglee Ludo.

Description of Our Ludo Game Services

Free-to-Play Nature of Services

  1. Junglee Ludo is a social gaming Website/Mobile App and all games and Services offered on the Website/Mobile App are strictly free-to-play. No deposits, entry fees, or real-money stakes are required or permitted.
  2. Any points, tokens, credits, coins, gems, or rewards available on the Platform are provided solely for gameplay and entertainment purposes.
  3. Such points, tokens, credits, coins, gems or rewards available on the Platform:
  • Have no monetary or cash value,
  • Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, or services (either within or outside the Platform), and
  • May be modified, reset, or discontinued by Junglee Gamesat its sole discretion at any time.
  • Cannot be purchased by paying money, cash, other stake directly or by indirect means.
  1. By participating in the Services, you acknowledge and agree that no real-money winnings, prizes, or payouts are offered under any circumstances.

Virtual Items: Coins and Gems

1.        All games and Services offered on the Website/Mobile App are strictly free-to-play. No deposits, entry fees, or real-money stakes are required or permitted. However, for enhanced gameplay experience, Junglee Ludo may offer certain in-game digital items, including but not limited to “Coins” and “Gems” (collectively referred to as “Virtual Items”).

2.        “Coins” are in-game items used solely to participate in games, unlock tables, or access certain gameplay features. “Gems” are in-game utility items that allow players to use certain special functions or power-ups, such as re-rolling the dice or undoing a move.

3.        All Virtual Items are intended purely for gameplay and entertainment purposes. They have no monetary or cash value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or converted into money or money equivalent, goods, or services (outside the Platform), and do not represent any ownership interest, stake, or deposit.

4.        Users may obtain Virtual Items by (a) completing in-game tasks or missions, (b) winning matches, (c) participating in promotions, (d) watching advertisements or (e) optionally purchasing them through legitimate app stores such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (“Authorized Stores”). Any such purchases are made solely for the purpose of enhancing gameplay convenience and do not entitle the user to any monetary or financial return.

  1. The Company retains ownership and full control of all Virtual Items at all times and may modify, reset, discontinue, or delete Virtual Items at its sole discretion without notice or liability. Users acknowledge that they have no rights or claims to the value of any Virtual Item, regardless of how it was acquired or used in the Services.

Game Variants

On Junglee Ludo, you can play free-to-play ludo games and freeroll tournaments. Junglee Ludo is also asocial gaming and Creator interaction platform that enables users to play casual games such as Tambola, Trivia, Pictionary-style games, participate in Creator-led quizzes, join and host public or private social game rooms, engage in live audio and video interactions, text chat, give virtual gifts to Creators, follow Creators, join as members, and access other related entertainment and social features. Junglee Ludo may allow curated Creators to host scheduled shows, quizzes, community sessions or themed events which users can join, interact in, and participate in using in-app functionalities. 

In-App Purchases

  • Junglee Ludo may, at its discretion, make certain Virtual Items available for voluntary purchase through Authorized APP Stores using approved payment methods. All such purchases are final, non-refundable, and grant the user a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the purchased Virtual Item solely within the Services in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are expressly prohibited from purchasing, selling, gifting, trading, or transferring Virtual Items (including, but not limited to, Coins, Gems) or any other in-game attributes, between different user accounts or to any external third party . Any attempt to transfer Virtual Items to another account, as well as any other form of cheating or account manipulation, is strictly against our rules and may result in the immediate and permanent suspension or termination of your user account .

The Company shall not be responsible for any unauthorized, failed, or incomplete payments made through third-party platforms. Users are advised to retain their payment receipts and contact the respective store or payment gateway for purchase-related queries.

Entry Fees, Quizzes and Rewards
Certain events or Creator-led events may require payment of entry fees in Virtual Items. Entry fees are not stakes, deposits, wagers or payments for real-money rewards. Entry fees are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by JGIPL, a Creator disconnects or is unable to conduct the session as per event rules, or a technical failure at Junglee Ludo’s end prevents the event from taking place.

Reward structures for events may include Virtual Items, badges, shoutouts or other non-monetary virtual benefits. Leaderboard ranking, tie breakers, response-time-based scoring, event cancellation rules, disconnection handling for Creators, lobby visibility, scheduling, admin-assigned quiz banks, automatic question order, question difficulty distribution and other operational behaviours are governed by product specifications and event rules and may be updated by JGIPL without prior notice.

Eligibility to Play Our Games

Participation in Junglee Ludo is strictly limited to individuals who are residents of India. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this requirement. Users are obligated to declare any changes to their profile details, including but not limited to changes in residency, contact information, or other critical details that may affect their eligibility to participate. Users must promptly update their profiles.

We do not allow people under the age of 18 years to play our games. If you allow or assist anyone who is below 18 years of age to access our Website/Mobile App or Services on your computer, mobile phone or other internet-enabled gadgets, internet connection and/or accessibility (either borrowed or owned or leased), you will solely be responsible for your act and accept complete liability for any outcome thereof, including any adverse consequences. Neither Junglee Ludo, nor any other third party content provider, nor their related agents shall be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential injuries or damages that may arise as a result of the use of or inability to use our Website/Mobile App by the user, regardless of instances when such party or agent has been warned of or advised against the possibility of similar injuries or damages.

We reserve the right to demand proof of your age at any moment to check and verify that no minor is using our Services or playing our games. We also have the right to ban any person from playing our games if the person provides false proof of age or is under suspicion of being under-age.

Creation and Operation of a User Account

To use our Services, you are required to register with us on our Website/Mobile App using a strong password. Therefore, you are required to provide us with complete and authentic information (whenever required by us) to the best of your knowledge to play our online games or use our Services.

Your Password Is Your Responsibility

After you have registered on our Website/Mobile App, it is your sole responsibility to make sure that you do not disclose your passwords to anybody, be it your friends, family members, third party, or anybody whatsoever. Please create a strong password of at least 8 characters, including capital letters, digits and special characters, so that nobody can crack your password. We shall not in any way be responsible if your user account is logged in to or accessed by anybody else by using your password. The restrictions defined for creating a strong password will be applicable only to passwords created on Junglee Ludo. These restrictions won't apply to passwords created on social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook and Google) and their subsequent usage for login on Junglee Ludo.

Social Login and Profile Features

Users may access Junglee Ludo either by creating an account directly, through a guest login, or by using third-party credentials such as, Facebook etc (“Social Login”). By using a Social Login, you authorize Tongits to access limited information from your linked account (such as your name, profile image, and verified email) solely to authenticate and enable gameplay.

Guest users may access only limited features, and certain functionalities, such as saving progress across devices, customizing profiles, or using social features may require full registration. Upon accessing the Website/Mobile App, you will be shown an age disclaimer. By continuing, you confirm that you are of eligible age to play as per applicable laws and Platform policies.

You may create and manage your profile by selecting a username, avatar, image, or other optional details. All information you provide must be accurate and not misleading, offensive, or intended to impersonate another person. Junglee Games may review, edit, or remove any profile content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Services may include social features that allow you to add friends, send and receive virtual items, or message other users. You must use these features responsibly and not engage in unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior. Virtual items and other in-app items are symbolic only, have no monetary or real-world value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the game.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, you may use the in-app “Report Profile” feature. Junglee Games may take any action it deems necessary, including warnings, suspension, or termination of accounts. Limited user details, such as username, avatar, and activity information, may be displayed to other users to enable these features, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You must not create multiple accounts. JGIPL may, at its discretion, restrict, freeze or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts. Access to creator controls is restricted to Creators who have been onboarded as per the Creator Agreement and mapped to their registered mobile number or email used during onboarding. All communications, postings, actions and transactions made through your account shall be deemed to be made by you, whether or not authorised.  “Creator” or “Creators” means any user who has been onboarded, approved or authorised by JGIPL to host, conduct, participate in or lead interactive activities, livestreams, audio or video rooms, quizzes, events, sessions or similar offerings on Junglee Ludo, whether for compensation or otherwise. A Creator includes any individual who has been assigned a hosting slot, roster position or event schedule by JGIPL, or who has been granted access to creator-specific tools, controls, functionalities or privileges within the Services. A Creator may be required to complete additional verification, KYC procedures, contractual onboarding, background checks, compliance requirements or other conditions as determined by JGIPL. Each Creator shall also be bound by and required to accept the separate Creator Agreement, which governs the Creator’s obligations, conduct, revenue terms, content responsibilities, payouts, commercial arrangements and all creator-specific rules. A user shall be considered a Creator only upon explicit approval, activation or enablement by JGIPL and shall remain a Creator for as long as such approval and the Creator Agreement remain in effect. Creators must comply with these Terms as well as the Creator Agreement and all supplementary rules, policies and guidelines applicable to Creators on Junglee Ludo.

Technical Failures

It is possible that you sometimes face disruptions including, but not limited to, errors, disconnection or interruptions in communication because of issues in the Internet services, software or hardware that you are using to avail our Services. Junglee Ludo shall not in any way be liable for any network disconnection on your computer, mobile or device caused by any fault or error at your end and shall not compensate you for any losses arising from such disconnection. In case of any disruption of service at Junglee Ludo's end while a game is in progress, as determined by and solely at the discretion of Junglee Ludo, Junglee Ludo shall cancel the game and refund your points of the status of the game.

While playing a game, you take full responsibility for the risk of internet disconnection or interruption of communication between your computer/mobile phone/device and Junglee Ludo's servers, any lag in or freezing of the game or software, or any other problems attributable to your computer/mobile phone/device or network.

Junglee Ludo shall not be responsible for any disconnection of your computer, mobile or device from Junglee Ludo's server, except in the case of a crash of Junglee Ludo's server.If there is a disconnection or disruption for a short time in the middle of a game, you shall remain seated at the table and can resume  playing once the connection is restored, unless you have been eliminated.

No Warranty

Junglee Ludo is committed to providing updated, accurate, complete and reliable information by publishing it on the Website/Mobile App. However, we do not represent the suitability of the information that is updated on our Website/Mobile App. Therefore, all the information and related graphics and images are to be considered “as is” without any warranty whatsoever expressed or implied by us. We hereby disclaim and discard all warranties about this information as well as all implied warranties and conditions of our merchantability, title and non-infringement, appropriateness to any particular purpose, and accuracy of our site, software and games of ludo.

We do not give any warranty that the servers of our online ludo games will run error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will not get affected by bugs, defects or viruses of any kind. Hence, we reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion whether any issue at our end is responsible for any error or disruption or malfunction. We can limit your playing of our free-to-play ludo games or freeroll tournaments or terminate your account if we determine that you are responsible for causing any malfunction or disruption intentionally. Junglee Ludo is not liable for any assumed or potential outcomes in any unfinished ludo games or freeroll tournaments on the Website/Mobile App.

Junglee Liudo is a technology platform that hosts, aggregates and makes available User Content and Creator-led content, and enables social interactions, live rooms, games and related features between users. You acknowledge and agree that JGIPL primarily acts as an intermediary and facilitator of the Services and does not control, pre-select, pre-approve or guarantee the nature, quality, accuracy, legality or suitability of any User Content or Creator content available on the Services.

Creators, hosts and other users who appear on Junglee Ludo, conduct sessions, offer quizzes, interact with you, or otherwise participate in activities on the Services act in their individual capacity as independent Creators. They are not employees, agents, representatives, partners or affiliates of JGIPL, and JGIPL does not endorse, authorise or adopt any statements, promises, representations, advice, opinions or offers made by them (whether oral, written, audio, video or otherwise). Any reliance placed by you on User Content or Creator content is entirely at your own risk.

JGIPL does not provide, and nothing on the Services shall be construed as providing, any professional, financial, investment, medical, psychological, legal or other regulated advice. Any such content or suggestions expressed by Creators or users are personal opinions or entertainment content only. JGIPL will not be responsible for, and shall have no liability in respect of, any loss, harm, damage or claim arising from your interactions with Creators or other users, including any offline interactions, arrangements, communications or transactions that you may choose to enter into with them.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, JGIPL may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, remove, restrict or disable access to any User Content or Creator content, or suspend or terminate access to any account, where it becomes aware of content or conduct that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

It is clarified that any content relating to financial markets, securities, investments, trading strategies, or similar financial topics available on Junglee Ludo is created for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, stock recommendation, research analysis, or an offer to buy or sell any securities. The Creator is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Viewers are advised to conduct their own due diligence and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decisions. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks and Past performance is not indicative of future results. Please read all related documents carefully before investing. The Creator may or may not hold positions in the stocks discussed. Examples used are for illustrative purposes only.

Platform Usage

It is strictly forbidden for anyone to use our Platform for any commercial purposes. Our Platform is meant only for playing ludo games for personal leisure. You must use your Junglee Ludo account only for playing games on the Website/Mobile App and must not attempt to manipulate, decode, modify, disassemble, integrate, dis-integrate, decompile, reverse or re-engineer our Platform software in any manner. Please note that the use of bots or automatic play is prohibited. Any attempt to use artificial intelligence that includes, but is not limited to, robots, in connection with our Platform games and software is strictly forbidden. All the actions that you perform on or in connection with our Website/Mobile App must be executed by you only through the user interface that is accessible on our Website/Mobile App. Any violation of these Terms may lead to the suspension/termination of your Junglee Ludo account or any other action against you as may be decided by Junglee Ludo in its sole discretion.

Creator Features and Creator Agreement

Creators are required to accept and comply with the Junglee Ludo Creator Agreement which governs access to Creator tools, commercial arrangements, room controls, scheduling, conduct obligations and Creator-specific responsibilities. That agreement supersedes these Terms only to the extent it expressly deals with Creator-specific obligations.

Creators may be granted access to controls permitting them to join their assigned rooms, enable and disable audio or video, test audio/video before going live, view live audience counts, view gifting metrics, assign admins or hosts, use filters and backgrounds, send gifts, manage mics and invitations, moderate users, remove users from rooms, pace quizzes, start or end events and access Creator dashboards. Creator access is linked to pre-registered credentials and may be restricted by JGIPL for safety, compliance or operational reasons.

Creators grant JGIPL a licence to use their content, likeness, name and performance for operating, promoting and archiving the Services. Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with laws and does not infringe third party rights. Any monetary arrangement with Creators including fixed fees, revenue shares or bonus structures shall be governed by the Creator Agreement and subject to applicable KYC, taxes and statutory compliance.

User Conduct

Users shall not abuse, harass, defame, intimidate, threaten or engage in hateful conduct towards Creators or other users. Users shall not upload, stream, transmit or share any content that is obscene, pornographic, unlawful, harmful, violent, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. Users shall not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent their identity.

Users shall not attempt to circumvent moderation tools, filters or safety features. Users shall not solicit payments or personal information, engage in commercial activity, promote external services, or conduct any activity that violates laws or the safety of others. Users are prohibited from using bots, scripts, automation, multi-accounting, collusion, manipulation or any algorithmic tools to influence gameplay, leaderboards or gifting.

Users are solely responsible for anything they say, send or broadcast on Junglee Ludo including via audio, video or chat. Attempts to bypass profanity filters or conceal offensive content are prohibited.

User Generated Content and Recording

For the purposes of these Terms, “User Content” means and includes, without limitation, any and all content, data, material, expression or communication that you upload, publish, display, transmit, broadcast, perform, record, submit, generate, share, provide or otherwise make available on or through the Services, whether actively or passively, including but not limited to: audio content, voice communication, video streams, live broadcasts, images, photographs, avatars, profile information, usernames, display names, text messages, chat messages, emojis, stickers, comments, reactions, drawings, sketches, gameplay actions, quiz responses, screen shares, virtual interactions, throwables, gifts, metadata, behavioural signals, room participation data, and any other content or data associated with your use of the Services. User Content includes content created, generated or captured through the use of any Junglee Ludo feature, including audio/video rooms, Creator-led sessions, social games, quizzes, gifting interactions and any tool, filter, background, effect or functionality made available by the Services.

Users retain ownership of their User Content. User Content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. However, by uploading, transmitting, broadcasting or making User Content available on or through the Services, you irrevocably grant to JGIPL an unrestricted, unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, translate, create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, communicate to the public, transmit, distribute, make available, archive and otherwise use, in whole or in part, your User Content in any manner whatsoever as required for the operation, maintenance, security, promotion, improvement and development of the Services. This licence includes, but is not limited to, the right to use your User Content in connection with promotional materials, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, social features, case studies, Creator showcases, event highlights and any other activity conducted for legitimate business purposes of the Company.

You understand and acknowledge that User Content may be visible to other users, Creator, room participants or the general public, depending on the features you choose to engage with. You are solely responsible for determining the visibility of your User Content through your use of the Services, and you acknowledge that content shared in rooms, chats, live streams or other public surfaces may be accessed, viewed, captured, copied, downloaded, redistributed or used by other users. JGIPL has no responsibility for the actions of users who may access or interact with your User Content.

Junglee Ludo may automatically record, capture, log, store, archive and retain audio communications, video streams, chat messages, interactions, behavioural signals, user actions, participation data and related metadata for purposes including but not limited to: moderating content, enforcing these Terms, maintaining user safety, detecting fraud or abuse, supporting investigations, analysing platform usage, training models for content moderation, improving Services, operational troubleshooting, complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests by authorities. By using the Services, you expressly consent to such monitoring, recording, retention and use of User Content and related metadata. You waive any expectation of privacy in communications or content shared on the Services except where expressly required by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you have secured all rights, permissions, consents, licences and authorisations necessary to upload or broadcast any User Content on the Services, including rights in music, audio, video, images, likeness, performances, voice, drawings, creative works, trademarks, copyrighted materials and any third-party content included in or forming part of your User Content. You further represent that your User Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral or contractual rights of any third party.

You shall not upload, transmit, broadcast or share any User Content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, violent, abusive or harassing;
  • promotes self-harm, suicide, dangerous activities, criminal behaviour or illegal goods or services;
  • contains private or confidential information of any person;
  • impersonates another individual or misrepresents your identity;
  • contains malware, viruses, scripts, bots, automation or code harmful to the Services;
  • violates intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others;
  • violates any applicable law;
  • interferes with the functioning of the Services or the experience of other users.

JGIPL reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, moderate, filter, remove, disable access to, restrict, delete or block any User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including where such content is reported, suspected to be harmful, violates these Terms, violates law, infringes rights, threatens safety, disrupts Services, or is otherwise objectionable in JGIPL’s sole discretion. JGIPL may take enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination, based on User Content violations.

You acknowledge that removal of User Content by JGIPL does not limit or reduce any rights granted by you under this Clause. You further acknowledge that copies of User Content removed or deleted from public surfaces may persist in system backups, archives or logs for operational, safety, legal or compliance purposes.

Nothing in this Clause shall obligate JGIPL to store or retain User Content for any particular duration. JGIPL may delete, purge, anonymise or archive User Content based on retention schedules, storage constraints, business needs or legal requirements without liability.

You agree that JGIPL is not responsible for User Content created or posted by any user, creator or third party. You access User Content at your own risk, and you understand that User Content may be inaccurate, misleading, harmful or offensive. You agree that JGIPL shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or relating to User Content.

Users acknowledge that User Content may contribute to the functioning, analytics, intelligence, optimisation and development of the Services and that JGIPL may derive insights, learnings, analytics or derivative works from User Content without compensating the user.

Users are solely responsible for backing up their User Content. JGIPL is not responsible for loss, deletion, corruption or failure to store any User Content, whether due to technical issues, enforcement actions, user actions or other reasons.

By making User Content available on the Services, you acknowledge and agree that the rights granted herein are broad, perpetual, irrevocable and necessary for the operation and protection of the platform, its users, Creator and the JGIPL ecosystem.

Fair Play Policy

We take the fair play of games on Junglee Ludo very seriously and we make sure that every player gets an equal opportunity to win games on our Website/Mobile App. In order to prevent any form of malpractice or unfair play in our games and on our Website/Mobile App, all user actions including ludo games, and individual hands are monitored to ensure a safe, legal and fair environment for all our users.
Every single game on our Website/Mobile App must be a fair individual effort, not a team effort. As part of our Fair Play Policy and to prevent any form of malpractice and in-game collusion, all user actions are monitored and recorded.
Any detection of a breach of our Fair Play Policy,under a stolen identity or collusion in play shall result in prompt and serious action by Junglee Ludo against the offending user, including, but not limited to, permanent termination of the user’s account, as detailed in the “Breach and Consequences” section below.

1.1 Anti-Cheating and Anti-Collusion

1.1.1 You undertake that you yourself will play in all games for which you register/which you join and you shall not use any form of external assistance to play. You shall not add any unauthorized components and not create or use any cheats, exploits, bots, hacks or any other third-party software designed to modify the Website/Mobile App. You also undertake that you will not use any third-party software that intercepts, mines or in any way collects information from or through the Website/Mobile App or through any of our Services. Any attempt to employ any such external assistance is strictly prohibited.

1.1.2 Formation of teams by you and any other user(s) for collusion or any form of cheating in the games on the Website/Mobile App is strictly prohibited. At Junglee Ludo, we have a zero tolerance policy for anyone who violates or attempts to violate our Fair Play Policy or Terms of Service. And as a leading game operator of the industry, we flag all offending players and, at our own discretion, restrict them from playing on Junglee Ludo.

1.3 Anti-Spamming: Sending spam emails or any other form of unsolicited communication for obtaining registrations on the Website/Mobile App to benefit from any promotional program of Junglee Ludo or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. You are strictly prohibited from selling anything on or through Junglee Ludo or using any of Junglee Ludo's features, including, but not limited to, the chat facility.

1.4 Multiple Accounts: Your registration on the Website/Mobile App is restricted to a single user account, which will be used by you to avail yourself of the Services provided on the Website/Mobile App. You are prohibited from creating or using multiple user IDs for playing on the Website/Mobile App or using our Services.

1.5 Non-Use: You may not use our Website/Mobile App/Services to upload, distribute, transmit, publish, or post any content, including creating a username/password, that:
1.5.1 is libelous, defamatory, obscene, intimidating, invasive of privacy, abusive, illegal, harassing;
1.5.2 contains expressions of hatred, expressions hurting religious sentiments, or expressions related to racial discrimination or pornography;
1.5.3 in any way objectionable or undesirable (whether or not unlawful);
1.5.4 is or can be construed as an incitement to commit a criminal offense;
1.5.5 violates the rights of any person;
1.5.6 is aimed at soliciting donations or other form of help;
1.5.7 violates the intellectual property of any person and/or any legally formed entity;
1.5.8 disparage in any manner Junglee Ludo or any of its subsidiaries, Affiliates, licensors, associates, partners, sponsors, products, services, or websites;
1.5.9 promotes a competing service or product or any other service or product;
1.5.10 violates any applicable laws.

1.6 In the event that we determine that the screen name chosen and created by you is indecent, objectionable, offensive or undesirable in any way, we shall notify you about it and you shall promptly provide us with an alternate username so that we can change your existing username to the new name provided by you. If you fail to provide an alternate username, we reserve the right to either permanently suspend your user account or reactivate your user account only after you have provided a different, acceptable username.

1.7 You shall not:

  • host, intercept, emulate or redirect proprietary communication protocols, if any, used by the Website/Mobile App, regardless of the method used, including protocol emulation, reverse engineering, nor modify the Website/Mobile App or any files that are part of the Website/Mobile App.
  • post or upload editorial comments, commercial material or any information on the Website/Mobile App, alter or modify Content on the Website/Mobile App, or remove, obliterate or obstruct any proprietary notices or labels
  • use the Services on the Website/Mobile App for any commercial purposes including, but not limited to, use in a cyber cafe as a computer gaming center, network play over the internet or through gaming networks or a connection to an unauthorized server that copies the gaming experience from the Website/Mobile App.
  • upload, distribute or publish through the Website/Mobile App any content that may contain viruses or computer contaminants (as defined in the Information Technology Act 2000 or such other laws in force in India at the relevant time) which may interrupt, destroy, limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware or other equipment belonging to us or that aids in providing the services offered by Junglee Ludo. You shall not disseminate or upload viruses, programs, or software to the Website/Mobile App whether it is harmful to the Website/Mobile App or not. Additionally, you shall not impersonate another person or user and not attempt to get another user’s password, account information, or any private information, nor harvest their email addresses or any other information.
  • purchase, sell, trade, rent, lease, license, grant a security interest in, or transfer your user account, content, chips, points, standings, rankings, ratings, or any other attributes appearing in, originating from or associated with the Website/Mobile App.
  • access or attempt to access our Services through someone else’s user account is strictly prohibited.
  • post any material or comment on any media available for public access that, in our sole discretion, is defamatory or detrimental to our business interests, notwithstanding the fact that such media is not owned or controlled by us. In addition to any other action that we may take pursuant to the provision hereof, we reserve the right to remove any and all material or comments posted by you and restrict your access to any media available for public access that is either controlled or moderated by us, when in our sole opinion, any such material or comments posted by you is defamatory or detrimental to our business interests.

1.16 Junglee Ludo's officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents, as well as the relatives of such persons ("Associated Persons") have no access to the site's systems, databases, server-side operations, and Random Number Generators, and have no information that makes any manipulation of the dealing of cards possible, and they have no special access other than what is available to any user of the Website/Mobile App.

1.17 You shall be responsible for protecting your privacy on Junglee Ludo, so you must not share any of your personal information, including your, email address, password,, etc, with any other player/user on Junglee Ludo.

1.18 When a game is canceled by Junglee Ludo because of technical glitches, or when collusion or cheating in a game is detected, we will settle the game as per our discretion. Moreover, we may, at our sole discretion, take further action against the offending users, including banning their access to all our Services.

No Bribes, Gifts, or Favors

You shall not offer any Junglee Ludo employee any bribe, gifts, services, compensation, or any other favor that might influence or might appear to influence the employee in performing his/her duties at Junglee Ludo. Junglee Ludo employees shall not solicit any bribe, gifts, or services from you. Offering Junglee Ludo employees any cash, cash equivalents, gifts, gift cards, services, or favors is strictly prohibited.

Prizes, Taxation, and KYC

Applicability
In the event that a User wins any reward that is encashable, monetary, or has a cash-equivalent value (including but not limited to promotional rewards, brand-sponsored prizes, or money payouts) offered on the Platform from time to time, the following provisions shall apply.

  1. Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
    The User shall be entitled to receive such reward after deduction of applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at the rate prescribed under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and rules framed thereunder, as prevailing at the time of payout. The deduction, deposit, and reporting of such taxes shall be carried out in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
    To claim any taxable reward, the User shall be required to complete the Platform’s Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification process, as mandated by applicable law and internal compliance policy. The Platform reserves the right to seek such documents or information as may be necessary to verify the User’s identity, eligibility, and jurisdiction prior to release of any prize.
  3. Claim Period
    A User must claim any reward within fifteen (15) days from the date of notification or announcement of the reward. Failure to claim within this period will result in automatic lapse of the reward, and the Platform shall have no further liability or obligation in respect thereof.
  4. Accuracy of Information
    Users are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted as part of KYC are true, accurate, and up to date. The Platform shall not be responsible for any delay, forfeiture, or non-payment of rewards arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the User.
  5. Non-Compliance
    Failure to complete the KYC process or to comply with any verification or documentation requirements may render the User ineligible to receive the reward, and the Platform shall not be liable to make any corresponding payment or substitution in such cases.
  6. Promotions:

From time to time, JGIPL may organise or facilitate Promotions, contests, tournaments, special events, Creator-led reward programs, gifting-based competitions or similar activities on Junglee Ludo (“Promotions”). Each Promotion shall be governed by event-specific rules, terms or notices published within the App or otherwise communicated (“Promotion Rules”). Promotion Rules form an integral part of these Terms, and in the event of a conflict between these Terms and Promotion Rules, the Promotion Rules shall prevail solely for that Promotion.

Participation in Promotions may be subject to conditions including prior registration, minimum entry prerequisites, eligibility thresholds, behaviour standards, event timelines or completion of specific in-app actions such as gifting, answering quiz questions, participating in games, or interacting with a Creator. You agree that JGIPL may modify, withdraw, postpone, suspend or cancel any Promotion, in whole or in part, without liability, including where required for security, regulatory, technical, operational or fairness reasons.

Where monetary or encashable rewards are offered in a Promotion, winners must complete mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, furnish valid government-issued identity documents, PAN details, proof of address, bank details, and any other information required by law, the Promotion Rules or the Company’s internal compliance processes. JGIPL may withhold distribution of rewards until satisfactory KYC verification is completed. If the information submitted is inaccurate, insufficient, or unverifiable, JGIPL may disqualify the winner, withhold or forfeit the reward, or reassign the reward to an alternate winner if the Promotion Rules allow.

All monetary payouts shall be made only through approved payment channels to the verified bank account of the winner. Winners shall be solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of their payment information. JGIPL bears no responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect, outdated or incomplete account details provided by the winner.

All rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to tax deducted at source (TDS), GST, cess or any other statutory liabilities. JGIPL shall deduct taxes as required by applicable laws before remitting payments. The winner shall be responsible for reporting such income and complying with any tax obligations. JGIPL may issue TDS certificates or other relevant documents as required by law and as operationally feasible.

Rewards that are non-monetary, including Virtual Items, badges, boosts, shoutouts, access privileges, sponsored merchandise or other virtual benefits, carry no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Virtual rewards may be subject to expiration, restrictions, usage limitations, or other in-app constraints.

If a Promotion requires completion of certain tasks or participation during specific time windows, failure to comply may render the participant ineligible. Failure to claim rewards within the timelines specified in Promotion Rules may result in immediate forfeiture without notice. JGIPL may, at its discretion, award rewards to alternate participants or cancel unclaimed rewards.

You acknowledge that Promotions may involve public disclosure of winners’ usernames, masked information, avatars, rankings, or performance details to enable transparency and community engagement. By participating, you consent to such disclosure.

Breach and Consequences

If you breach these Terms of Service or use our Website/Mobile App in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/ or unlawful purposes or cheat us and/ or any user or cause wrongful communication implicating us including false or incorrect claims and/or that your continued access to our Website/Mobile App is detrimental to the interests of Junglee Ludo or our users or the general public, (“disallowed activities”) then we reserve the right to take one or all of the actions below at our own discretion and without prior notice, each of which will be without prejudice to each other:

Temporarily suspend your account;

Permanently terminate/ block your account;

Initiate relevant proceedings under law;

Any action taken by us will be without any prejudice to our other rights and remedies that are mentioned and available in law or equity.

Content Copyright

All the online content, materials and information available on our Website/Mobile App (collectively referred to as “Content” hereinafter) are secured by intellectual property rights. The Content includes a wide range of online items like images, designs, multimedia clips, graphics, logos, information, text content, games, software, animation, marks, hyperlinks, and pictures. The Content, whether or not belonging to us, is thus protected and secured by applicable intellectual property laws. In addition, we are free to record and use, in any manner whatsoever, all chat content, images, emails, and recommendations sent by any member or user of our Website/Mobile App, as they form a part of the Content of Junglee Ludo.

All rights, titles, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights arising out of the Content and all other elements in connection with the Website/Mobile Application, are owned by or otherwise licensed to Junglee Ludo. Subject to compliance with these Terms, Junglee Ludo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Your use of the Services and Content must strictly be for your personal and non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms, and you agree not to sell or trade Content. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Junglee Ludo.

You undertake to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines in connection with your access to and use of the Services and Content. Except as expressly permitted, you may not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use the Content. Nothing in these Terms grants you any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, rental, or distribution rights to the Content.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you are not granted any right or license to the Content. You will promptly notify Junglee Ludo in writing upon your discovery of any unauthorized use or infringement of the Content or Junglee Ludo's patent, copyright, trade secret, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights by sending an email to [email protected].

Prohibited Content

  22. gather information and data (including personal information) of any other user’s use of the Service for any reason;
  23. use any automated system for the selection, downloading or streaming of any portion of the Website/Mobile App, apart from those specifically provided by the Website/Mobile App;
  1. You will not violate, and you will not encourage, assist, or authorize any other person for any reason whatsoever to violate, the security of the Website/Mobile App or the Services, including:

Non-compliance with this clause may result in civil or criminal liability. Junglee Ludo will have the right to investigate such occurrences, which may include investigating your usage of the Website/Mobile App or Junglee Ludo. Junglee Ludo may involve, provide information to, and seek assistance from law enforcement authorities in seeking remedies against such violations.

User Profiles, Social Features, and Gifts

Junglee Ludo allows you to create and manage your profile, including your name, avatar, image, gender, date of birth, and username. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity. Junglee Ludo may remove or modify any profile content it finds misleading, indecent, or objectionable.

If you encounter any objectionable behavior or Content, you may use the in-app “Report Profile” feature. Junglee Ludo may review and take appropriate action, including restricting or suspending accounts. Limited user data (such as username, avatar, and activity) may be processed to enable these features in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Promotions

When you register with Junglee Ludo, you will receive notifications regarding special offers, updates, contests, account activities, etc. through SMSes and emails. Some of Junglee Ludo's promotions require users to be KYC-verified to receive their benefits. If any aspect of your contact information or KYC (ID, address, email address or mobile number) is not approved or verified, you shall not receive the benefits of such promotions, including promotional rewards. Check out the specific terms and conditions of our promotions and contests before participating in them.

The decision of Junglee Ludo management shall be final and binding in case of any disputes.

Consent for Marketing, Advertising, and Promotions

    Marketing, promotional, or advertising Content may be delivered to the users on Website/Mobile App:in the form of in-app messages, banners, video ads, pop-ups, push notifications, advertisements or other in-game ad formats.

    We may share or disclose your data with our Affiliates for marketing and promotional purposes. Contracted third-party service providers, ad networks, and partners who assist us in delivering marketing, promotional, or advertising Content on the Website/Mobile App . These entities are contractually obligated to process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for the purposes authorised by us.

Your interaction with any Advertisement or third-party service is solely between you and such third party, and Junglee Ludo shall not be responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or dissatisfaction.

We do not allow the display of misleading, harmful, or inappropriate advertisements. You may report any objectionable or suspicious advertisement by using the in-app “Report” feature or contacting our support team.

Certain in-game rewards or Coins may be offered for watching Ads. Such viewing is optional, and rewards earned remain subject to the “Virtual Items” clause of these Terms.

Cancellation of Games

Junglee Ludo will  not be responsible for any loss resulting from the cancellation of any games due to Service outages caused by the failures of our service providers, computer viruses, natural disasters or any other reason that is beyond our control. You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refund due to the cancellation of games caused by factors that are beyond the reasonable control of Junglee Ludo.

Indemnity

In accordance to the extent that is permitted by law, and in the humble consideration for allowing you to use our Services, you hereby agree with full knowledge to indemnify, defend and save us and hold us harmless to the complete extent of all awards and benefits, disbursements, litigation cost and reasonable fee of the attorney that we may have to incur or suffer in connection therewith including any sort of direct or indirect or consequential losses that may refer to any loss of profit and reputation that can arise from any claims, suits, taxes, actions, cause of actions, damages, penalties, injuries, expenses, demands, interest and/or awards imposed, brought or asserted against us by any person who has a connection, without limitation, with

  • Access to your user account by using your username or password to use our Services with or without your authorization,
  • Instances of use, misuse or abuse of your user account on the Junglee Ludo Website/Mobile App in any way whatsoever,
  • Offensive, illegal or defamatory conduct, demeanor or acts carried out by any players that are intended to mislead, defame and threaten, or cause obscene, illegal or inaccurate actions, even if originating from another player who is using your own account,
  • Cause infringement of other parties’ intellectual property rights by publishing any Content on Junglee Ludo Website/Mobile App,
  • Disruptions like technical failures, disconnections, defects, interruptions, system breakdowns, manipulations in data transmission, corruption of data or its loss, failure in communication lines, distributed and constant denial of service attacks, and virus or other unfavorable or adverse instances of technology in connection with your access to or the use of our services to play ludo on the Website/Mobile App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junglee Ludo and its Affiliates (together "Indemnified Parties") against any losses, expenses, costs or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees, experts’ fees, and other reasonable costs of litigation or proceedings) arising from any claim or action based upon:

  • your breach or failure to comply with, the terms and conditions of these Terms;
  • your access and use of the Content;
  • your breach of applicable laws;
  • your negligence and misconduct;
  • your infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights of any third-party;
  • Junglee Ludo's execution of any of your instructions; or
  • the use of the Service by any other person using your device.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms of Service or elsewhere, you agree that Junglee Ludo's maximum aggregate liability for all your claims in all circumstances is limited to INR 1000/- Only.

Release and Limitations of Liability

Users shall access the Services provided by Junglee Ludo voluntarily and at their own risk. Junglee Ludo shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage sustained (including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, loss of property) by users or any other person or entity during the course of access to the Junglee Ludo Services, including participation in the game(s). .

By entering the games and accessing the Services provided therein, users hereby release from and agree to indemnify Junglee Ludo and/or any and all of its directors, employees, partners, associates and licensors, from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses arising out of their access to the Services including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission on their part or otherwise.

Users shall be solely responsible for any consequences that may arise due to their access to the Services, by conducting an illegal act or due to non-conformity with these Terms of Service and other rules and regulations in relation to the Services, including provision of incorrect address or other personal details. Users also undertake to indemnify Junglee Ludo and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents on the happening of such an event including, without limitation, cost of attorney, legal charges etc. on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by Junglee Ludo on account of such act on the part of the users.

Users shall indemnify, defend, and hold Junglee Ludo harmless from any third party/entity/organization claims arising from or related to such users’ engagement with the Junglee Ludo or participation in any game. In no event shall Junglee Ludo be liable to any user for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the user's engagement with the Website/Mobile App or his/her participation in any game(s).

Matchmaking and Game Continuity

Junglee Ludo uses automated matchmaking to pair users for gameplay. To support uninterrupted and consistent game flow in the free-to-play environment, the platform may activate computer-assisted gameplay continuity features. These features operate using predefined rule-based logic, do not rely on user data, and are designed solely to maintain a smooth user experience in a free-to-play environment.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted under law, neither Junglee Ludo nor its parent/holding company, subsidiaries, Affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, or employees shall be responsible for the deletion, the failure to store, the mis-delivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material.

To the extent permitted under law, Junglee Ludo shall not be responsible for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material, the quality of servers, games, products, Services or sites, cancellation of competitions and prizes. Junglee Ludo disclaims any responsibility for, and if a user pays for access to one of Junglee Ludo's Services, the user will not be entitled to a refund as a result of any inaccessibility that is caused by Junglee Ludo's maintenance on the servers or the technology that underlies our sites, failures of Junglee Ludo service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of our facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

Any material accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through Junglee Ludo is done at the user's discretion, competence, acceptance and risk, and the user will be solely responsible for any potential damage to the user's computer system or loss of data that results from a user's download of any such material.

To the extent permitted under law, neither Junglee Ludo nor its partners, licensors or associates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our sites, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any Junglee Ludo Services, events or game(s) being hosted or provided, or intended to be hosted, on the Website/Mobile App and requiring specific permission or authority from any statutory authority or any state or the central government or the board of directors shall be deemed canceled or terminated, if such permission or authority is either not obtained or denied either before or after the availability of the relevant Junglee Ludo Services, events or game(s) are hosted or provided.

To the extent permitted under law, in the event of suspension or closure of any Services, events or games, users (including participants) shall not be entitled to make any demands or claims of any nature whatsoever.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Services provided by Junglee Ludo, the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of the user(s) (including participants) or Junglee Ludo, as well as the exclusive jurisdiction to grant interim or preliminary relief in case of any dispute referred to arbitration as given below. All such issues and questions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any legal dispute (which may be a legal issue or question) which may arise, the party raising the dispute shall provide a written notification ("Notification") to the other party. On receipt of the Notification, the parties shall first try to resolve the dispute through discussions. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Notification, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration, through a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement between both the parties.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration award will be final and binding on the Parties, and each Party will bear its own costs of arbitration and equally share the fees of the arbitrator unless the arbitral tribunal decides otherwise. The arbitrator shall be entitled to pass interim orders and awards, including the orders for specific performance and such orders will be enforceable in competent courts. The arbitrator shall give a reasoned award.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Service shall prevent Junglee Ludo from seeking and obtaining interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief, or any other relief available to safeguard Junglee Ludo's interest prior to, during or following the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court having jurisdiction to grant the same. The pursuit of equitable or injunctive relief shall not constitute a waiver on the part of Junglee Ludo to pursue any remedy for monetary damages through the arbitration described herein.

Miscellaneous

Junglee Ludo may be required under certain legislations, to notify the user(s) of certain events. User(s) hereby acknowledge and consent that such notices will be effective upon Junglee Ludo posting them on the Website/Mobile App or delivering them to the user through the email address provided by the user at the time of registration. User(s) may update their email address by logging into their account on the Website/Mobile App. If they do not provide Junglee Ludo with accurate information, Junglee Ludo cannot be held liable for failure to notify the user.

Junglee Ludo shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond Junglee Ludo's control such as acts of God, war, terrorism, change in law, government restrictions,  riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, etc. In such circumstances, Junglee Ludo shall also be entitled to cancel any related game(s) and to process an appropriate refund for all users.

Junglee Ludo's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Users agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Website/MobileApp or these Terms must be filed within thirty (30) days of such claim or cause of action arising or be forever barred.

These Terms of Service, including all terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the user(s) and Junglee Ludo and govern your use of the Website/Mobile App superseding any prior agreements that any user may have with Junglee Ludo.

If any part of these Terms of Service is determined to be indefinite, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of these Terms of Service shall continue in full force.

Junglee Ludo reserves the right to moderate, restrict or ban the use of the Website/Mobile App, specifically to any user, or generally, in accordance with Junglee Ludo's policy/policies from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any notice.

Junglee Ludo may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permanently close or temporarily suspend any Services.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In case you have any complaints or grievance pertaining to (i) any User Content that you believe violates these Terms for the reporting mechanism for such claims, (ii) your access to Junglee Ludo or (iii) any User Content that you believe is, prima facie, in the nature of any material which is obscene, defamatory towards the complainant or any person on whose behalf you are making the complaint, or is in the nature of impersonation in an electronic form, including artificially morphed images of such individual, please share the same with us by writing to:

Your name and contact details: name, address, mobile number, and email address;

Your relation to the subject matter of the complaint, i.e. complainant or person acting on behalf of an affected person;

The name and age of the person aggrieved or affected by the subject matter of the complaint, in case you are acting on behalf of such person, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of such person and to provide such person's personal information to us in relation to the complaint/grievance;

Description of the complaint or grievance with clear identification of the User Content in relation to which such complaint or grievance is made;

A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the User Content violates these Terms;

A statement that the information provided in the complaint or grievance is accurate.

Account Deletion

Users may request us to delete their Junglee Ludo accounts in accordance with the provisions of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please note that if a user proceeds with account deletion, the user will be opted out of all our games and services immediately. Users have the option to get their deleted Junglee Ludo accounts restored within 30 days from the date of making the account deletion request. Please note that if you request us, within the stipulated time, to restore your Junglee Ludo account, your account will be restored

The above terms of service apply to the free-to-play games available on Junglee Ludo from August 22, 2025. The following terms apply to the cash games offered by Junglee Ludo prior to August 22, 2025, that is, before the enactment of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. These terms formed part of the Terms of Service that were in effect prior to August 22, 2025, and to which users had already consented. They are retained here solely for ease of reference.

All amounts credited to the user's account must be utilized within 365 days of credit. If any amount in the user’s account has been lying unused for more than 365 days from the last date of credit of the amount and the user has been inactive for last 365 days, that is, the user has not played any free game, cash game or tournament, nor made any cash deposit or withdrawal in the period of last 365 days, then Junglee Ludo reserves the right to apply the terms of its Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds Policy, as specified in these Terms of Service, to that amount. Junglee Ludo will send reminders to such users before applying its Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds Policy to their unused account balance.

Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds

If your account has been inactive for over 365 days and it has an unused cash balance (whether as deposit balance or withdrawable balance), Junglee Ludo shall remind you to activate your account. To activate your account, you must log in and play a free game, a cash game or a tournament, or make a cash deposit or withdrawal. After the reminders sent to your email address and phone number (via SMS), if you still do not activate your account, your account balance shall be forfeited to Junglee Ludo the sole discretion of Junglee Ludo. All reminders shall be sent to the email address or phone number (via SMS) listed on your profile as part of the account details and information you provided to Junglee Ludo.
Accounts found in breach of our Terms of Service shall receive no reminders, and the unused funds in such accounts shall be subject to the terms of our Breach and Consequences policy.
